I'm somewhat middle-aged and think I'm quite cool for an old man. If I'm not lifting weights at the gym or out on my bike, you'll more than likely find me by the pool at a posh spa listening to heavy metal at full volume on my headphones. I'm a husband and father, trying very hard to get my 4-year-old son into rock music that's not the Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends theme tune. Other than that, I've been at the Ometer writing reviews and talking shit about music for 20 years, so I know what I'm talking about. It's also fair to say I have the best music taste of anyone around these parts and definitely don't listen to jazz (much).
